Acceptance of Terms

By using TubeTwin, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and TubeTwin.

Description of Service

TubeTwin is an AI-powered Google Chrome extension and web application designed to help content creators and viewers discover similar YouTube channels. Using advanced look-alike and similarity algorithms, TubeTwin analyzes public YouTube channel data to recommend channels with comparable content, audience focus, or structure.

Search Usage and Credit System

Search Credit Consumption

Each search you initiate is counted as a valid search and consumes one credit, regardless of whether results are returned. Every search triggers backend processing and operational costs, even if no matching channels are found.

No Guaranteed Results

TubeTwin does not guarantee that every search will generate results. Results depend on factors such as similarity thresholds, applied filters, and the availability of comparable channels in our database. Searches yielding few or no results are still counted as valid usage.

Result Volume and Variability

Each search analyzes up to 100 channels. Without filters, results typically range between 30 and 50 channels with similarity scores above 50%. When filters are applied, the number of results may increase or decrease depending on the criteria selected.

User Accounts

To access TubeTwin, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity conducted under your account.

Privacy and Data Collection

We collect your email address during account registration. We also store reports and searches generated within the App to provide its core functionality. TubeTwin implements appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to protect user data against unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• - Provide accurate and up-to-date account information.
• - Use TubeTwin only for lawful purposes.
• - Avoid any activity that may harm, disrupt, or misuse the App.

You may not:

• - Create or distribute harmful, misleading, or malicious content.
• - Attempt unauthorized access to systems or other users' accounts.
• - Interfere with the normal operation of the App.

Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights related to TubeTwin, including software, algorithms, design, branding, and content, are owned by TT INC or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely in accordance with these Terms.

Account Suspension and Termination

TubeTwin reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the App. Upon termination, your right to access and use TubeTwin will immediately cease.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

TubeTwin does not guarantee that:

• - The service will always be available or uninterrupted.
• - Results will be accurate, complete, or reliable.
• - The App will meet your expectations.
• - Errors or defects will be corrected.

You acknowledge that your use of the App is at your own risk. All implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, are expressly disclaimed.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TubeTwin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from:

• - Your use or inability to use the App.
• - Unauthorized access to servers or stored information.
• - Bugs, viruses, or harmful components transmitted by third parties.

Refund Policy

We offer a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription, provided you have not exceeded:

• - 20 searches, or
• - 20 email matches
